What are your care instructions?
Our hats are made of 100% Merino wool which requires some special care. When you are ready to wash your hat use cold water and a mild soap, wash by hand and rinse it well. Squeeze out any excess water with a clean towel and lay flat to dry.

What is your guarantee?
Each of our hats is hand crafted and individually inspected. We guarantee them to be free from any manufacturing defects. Please refer to the washing instructions for proper care and handling of your knitwear to insure it's lasting shape and beauty.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item for replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The item must be unused to receive credit and returned postage paid. 

How quickly do you ship your orders?
Usually your order will be shipped within 3 days.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our shipping rate is 10.00 per order anywhere in Canada. For international shipping please contact us by e-mail at tricotsmknits@gmail.com before ordering.
There is no handling fee.

What method of payment do you accept?
